Syazwan Hashim

Syazwan Hashim has work experience in the field of engineering, specifically as an IBC Project Engineer and Drive Test Engineer. From 2019 to present, they have been working at UCE International Group, where they initially took on the role of Drive Test Engineer from September 2019 to April 2020. Syazwan later transitioned to the position of IBC Project Engineer in May 2020. Prior to this, from February 2018 to January 2019, Syazwan worked at Qingni Technology Sdn. Bhd. as a Drive Test Engineer. In this role, they were involved in drive test projects for ZTE and Ericsson, primarily in the Klang Valley area. Their responsibilities included monitoring and analyzing network coverage and quality, as well as performing SSV tests at cell sites.

Syazwan Hashim pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Universiti Teknologi MARA, where they obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power). Following this, they furthered their studies at the same institution from 2014 to 2017 and received a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In January 2018, Syazwan obtained a certification in Radio Frequency Wireless Network Engineering from ACE Training Malaysia.
