Tanya Young, RN, BSN, MBA, CPHQ, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Practice Administrator at UCF Health since August 2023. Previously, Tanya held the position of Practice Administrator at Lakewood Family Medicine from September 2020 to September 2023, and served as Director of Nursing, Interim Chief Nurse Executive, and Director of Quality at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services between September 2017 and September 2020.
