Gencho Mihaylov

Gencho Mihaylov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Ucha.se since December 2024, Gencho previously held the position of Head of Operations at Montway Auto Transport from January 2018 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing a global team of over 250 employees, implementing sales and customer service strategies, and ensuring financial success through effective budgeting and data-driven decision-making. Prior to that, Gencho served as Team Lead of Sales and Customer Service at SILABG.COM, focusing on operational efficiency and sales forecasting. Gencho holds a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" and a College Degree in Management & Marketing from MT&M College, complemented by an education in English and Computer Technologies.
