Brad L. Ginter

Brad L. Ginter, PE, CEM, is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in managing and designing electrical systems across various sectors. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer in Plant Operations & Maintenance at UC Health since November 2022, Brad oversees projects related to electrical systems, fire alarms, and elevators, leading teams from project inception to completion. Prior roles include Project Manager at RMF Engineering, where Brad specialized in utility infrastructure projects, and Director of Electrical Engineering at Banta Electrical Contractors, focusing on power system design and compliance. Brad's foundational experience includes positions at Fosdick & Hilmer and KLH Engineers, both of which involved extensive work on electrical systems for substations and distribution networks. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Brad has developed a comprehensive skill set in electrical design, analysis, and project management over two decades in the field.
