Joe Kurtz

Joe Kurtz is an experienced IT professional specializing in telephony and technical operations. Currently serving as an Engineer in IT Telephony at UC Health since November 2021, Joe has previously held positions including Helpdesk Manager for Technical Systems Support at Fifth Third Bank and Senior Manager of Technical Operations at CBTS, overseeing maintenance of Avaya and Nortel voice systems. Joe's career began at Cincinnati Bell, where responsibilities included managing field service technicians and installing telephone systems. Additionally, Joe served in the US Navy as an electronics technician second class. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University, earned between 2007 and 2020.
