MacKenzie Richardson-MacKe

Mackenzie Richardson-Macke is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an HR Career Development Partner at UC Health since April 2023. In this role, Mackenzie chairs the RN Agency & Student Conversion Committee, leading HR professionals to develop programs and tool kits aimed at retaining contracted employees. Previously, Mackenzie worked as a Nursing Workforce Consultant at CVP from January 2020 to April 2023 and held various nursing positions, including Perioperative Nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital TriHealth and Operating Room Nurse at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where expertise was demonstrated in specialties such as Ophthalmology and Level 1 Trauma Services.
