Ron Rohlfing

Ron Rohlfing has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at UC Health’s West Chester Hospital since 2008. Prior to this role, Ron held the position of Vice President of Hospital Operations at the Health Alliance of Cincinnati’s West Chester Medical Center from 2007 to July 2008, and previously served as Operations Director at the same facility. Ron's career includes a tenure as Senior Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness with Health Alliance from September 2002 to July 2006. Academically, Ron holds a Graduate Degree in Management from Northern Kentucky University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati.
