Marina Stepanova is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership and design roles. Currently serving as Head of Design at UCHi.RU since August 2015, Marina has successfully hired and managed a diverse team of over 90 specialists, including UX/UI designers, illustrators, and user-experience researchers, while integrating user-experience research into the production process. Prior to this, Marina held the position of 3D Designer at DAS WERK from September 2013 to December 2014 and worked as a Product Designer at Arch-Skin LLC from July 2011 to January 2013. Marina's educational background includes a Diploma of Higher Education in Product Design from the University of Hertfordshire and studies at the Russian University of Humanities.
