Tristan Shaw

Tristan Shaw, MBA, FACHE, currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tristan accumulated extensive experience at AdventHealth from February 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included Assistant Vice President and Regional Controller, Executive Director of Population Health and Post-Acute Care, and Senior Director of Finance for Post-Acute Care. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Finance at Hospice of the Comforter from February 2016 to February 2018, and various senior accounting and finance roles at Florida Hospital from May 2011 to February 2016. Tristan holds an M.B.A. in General Studies from Webster University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Music Performance from Southern Adventist University.
