Charlee Baker

Charlee Baker has extensive experience in benefits administration and employee services, currently serving as an Advisor in Health and Wellness at Raymond James since July 2022 and as a Payroll Benefits Specialist at Uckele Health & Nutrition since June 2021. Previously, Charlee worked at Dart Container for almost eight years in various roles, including Benefits Specialist and Benefits Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing HR inquiries, overseeing benefit enrollments, and training colleagues on benefit processes. Charlee also briefly held the position of Benefits Administrator at Neogen Corporation in 2019. Charlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Adrian College, earned between 1991 and 1995.
