Annie Phung

Annie Phung is a dedicated medical professional currently serving as a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellow at UCLA Health since July 2024. With a robust background in family medicine, Annie has been a Family Medicine Resident Physician at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital from June 2021 to October 2024. In addition to clinical practice, Annie has held leadership roles including Member of the Board of Directors for ACGME since January 2023 and various positions within the American Osteopathic Association from July 2019 to June 2021, such as Student Advisor to the Board of Trustees and Student Member of the Bureau of Emerging Leaders. Annie's involvement in legislative affairs is reflected in the role as National Legislative Affairs Representative for the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine in 2019, along with a tenure as DO Council President at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine from April 2018 to March 2019. Educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from PCOM Georgia (2017-2021), a Master's in Biomedical Sciences (2015-2017), and a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine (2011-2015).
