Arash Naeim serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Clinical Research at UCLA Health and holds multiple leadership roles including Associate Director of the Clinical Translational and Science Institute, Senior Leader and Director of Informatics at the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, Associate Director of the UCLA Institute for Precision Health, Director of the UCLA Center for SMART Health, and Physician Informaticist. Since 2002, Arash Naeim has been a Professor of Bioengineering and Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, while also directing quality in the Division of Hematology-Oncology and Geriatric-Oncology. Arash Naeim's education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School, multiple fellowships and residencies in medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and a Doctor of Medicine degree also from UCLA, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.
