Brenda Garcia

Brenda Garcia, LCSW, currently serves as a Clinical Advisor at UCLA Health, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Brenda worked as a Senior Social Worker for the Department of Veterans Affairs from June 2017 to October 2019 and as the HUD-VASH Program Supervisor at Brilliant Corners from September 2013 to December 2016, where responsibilities included program supervision and monitoring. Additionally, Brenda gained experience as a Mental Health Specialist at SCAN from March 2010 to September 2013, providing assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services. Brenda holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in U.S. History from the University of California, Berkeley.
