Dave Bailey

Dave Bailey is an experienced project manager with a strong background in planning, design, and construction, currently serving at UCLA Health since January 2016. Prior roles include Store Design & Construction Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, where responsibilities involved managing design coordination for new stores and remodels, and Project Manager at Taalman Koch Architecture, focusing on high-end residential projects. Dave has also held notable positions at LeanArch, Inc., dax studio, and Marmol Radziner + Associates, contributing to a diverse range of projects from residential design to commercial planning. With a degree in architecture from California College of the Arts, additional professional training was pursued at the University of California, Berkeley.
