Joe Rivera

Joe Rivera has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information technology, currently serving as the Manager of Cybersecurity Operations at UCLA Health since August 2018. Prior to this role, Joe held positions such as Lead Cybersecurity Analyst and Cybersecurity Analyst at the same organization. Joe's career began at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where responsibilities included Service Assurance Engineer, Desktop Support Technician, and Encryption Technician from September 2015 to August 2018. Earlier roles included Information Technology Specialist at Neon Servers and Prepress Technician at Lithographix. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance from Western Governors University and an Associate in Arts Degree in Computer Science Information Technology from East Los Angeles College.
