Steve Harris

Steve Harris serves as the Director of Radiation Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, and Surgical Oncology at UCLA Health since November 2019, while also holding the position of Director of Head and Neck Surgery. Harris played a significant role as the Ambulatory COVID Testing Executive Administrator from March 2021 to February 2022 and served as Interim Director of Urology from November 2021 to February 2022. Previously, Harris held various leadership roles at Ochsner Health System, including Director of the John Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute and Cardiology Manager, from July 2010 to November 2019. Early career experiences include positions as Administrative Fellow, Administrative Resident, and Administrative Intern across multiple healthcare organizations. Harris obtained a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota between 2008 and 2010, following education at Creighton University.
