Kentaro Matsunaga

News Department at UCLA Radio

Kentaro Matsunaga is a dedicated Environmental Science undergraduate at UCLA, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as a Science Intern at CTrees and a Research Assistant at the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability, Kentaro collaborates with esteemed researchers Dr. Joscha Beninde and others. Kentaro has previously held a role in the News Department at UCLA Radio and contributed to the Sustainability Action Research project as an Irrigation Team Member, working directly with stakeholders such as Justin Wisor and Greg Luna to assess irrigation practices and promote water conservation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Retail Sales Representative at Zumiez.
