Allen Shui

Allen Shui is an experienced finance and compliance professional with a robust background in treasury operations and business analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Treasury Operations at the University of California, Los Angeles since February 2019, Allen is responsible for managing PCI DSS compliance across the university and its health systems. Prior experience includes roles at LegalZoom, Merchants Bank of California, East West Bank, and ADP, where Allen developed extensive policies, led significant system implementations, and conducted risk analyses.
