Christine L.

Christine L. currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of Campus Human Resources and Chief People Officer at UCLA since December 2025. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Vice President and CHRO at Cornell University from August 2022 to December 2025 and served as the Associate Vice Chancellor/Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of California, Davis from October 2018 to August 2022. Christine's extensive experience in human resources also includes serving as Vice President for Human Resources at California State University-Sacramento, where tenure spanned from May 2010 to October 2018, and as Associate General Counsel for the Sacramento County Office of Education. Additionally, Christine worked as a Legal Advisor for the California Public Employment Relations Board and as Senior Counsel at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Christine earned a JD from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a BA in Mass Communication from the University of California, Berkeley.
