Dr. Jas Tilghman

Dr. Jas Tilghman, Ph.D., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Mental Health, Training, Intervention & Response for Residential Life at the University of California, Los Angeles, a position held since September 2020. As Chief Executive Officer of True To You Psychotherapy & Consulting, Inc. since August 2019, Dr. Tilghman has contributed to the field of psychology through various roles, including Licensed Psychologist at UC Irvine and Director of Performance Psychology at Synergy Performance, Inc. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, and a Psychological Internship at Colorado State University. Dr. Tilghman’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies, a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology, all from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
