Fred Frankel, Ph.D., serves as a Professor in the UCLA Department of Psychiatry since July 1984 and has also been the Director of the UCLA Children's Friendship Program since July 1982. Frankel completed a Ph.D. in Psychology at UCLA and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Stony Brook University. Additionally, Frankel attended the University of California, Irvine from 1967 to 1971.
