Karissa Kruszewski is an accomplished swim coach with extensive experience at various institutions. Currently, in the role of Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at UCLA since August 2019, Karissa has previously served as an Assistant Swim Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from July 2016 to July 2019, and as an Assistant Swim Coach at California State University, East Bay from May 2015 to July 2016. Early coaching experience includes positions as Boys Head Swim Coach at Stoughton High School and Girls Head Swim Coach at Oregon High School, where Karissa achieved significant team success. Additional roles include Swim Team Manager at Middleton Sports & Fitness, Inc., Camp Counselor at The University of Texas at Austin and University of Michigan, and Swim Coach for the Oregon Community Swim Club. Karissa holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
