Timothy Sullivan

Timothy Sullivan is the Owner and Managing Principal of Cutterman LLC, a veteran-owned consulting and communications company, since July 2011. Sullivan also serves as a Senior Project Manager for Ocean Integrity and an Instructor for the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Certificate program at UCLA. In addition, Sullivan holds the position of Senior National Security Advisor at General Dynamics Information Technology and is on the Board of Directors at Fuse Integration, an innovative defense consultancy. Past roles include Senior Project Manager/Consultant for Amergent Techs, Senior Special Projects Maritime Consultant for Crystal Cruise Lines, and various leadership positions within the U.S. Coast Guard, including Executive Leader and Deputy CEO for the Pacific Area Command. Sullivan’s educational credentials include an MA in Communications/Public Affairs from Cornell University, as well as a degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
