Wayne Nichols

Wayne Nichols is an experienced leadership and student affairs professional with a strong background in Greek life, social engagement, and program development. Currently serving as the Leadership Development Coordinator at UCLA, Wayne coordinates large-scale housing programs focused on holistic wellness and social skills for a resident population of 20,000. Previously, Wayne held the position of Assistant Director for Greek Life and Social Fellowship at Adelphi University, overseeing 21 organizations, managing budgets, and facilitating emergency response plans. Wayne's earlier roles include Graduate Assistant positions at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included advising multiple Greek councils and managing educational programming, along with a significant tenure in community management and student government roles at Towson University. Wayne holds a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Towson University.
