Paulina Ewa Sporek de Lacerda is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Implementation Manager at UCLPartners since January 2020. With a background that includes roles such as Infant Feeding Lead at Bromley Healthcare CIC Ltd and Founder & CEO of The Deaf Nest Project, Paulina has a strong focus on improving access and outcomes for diverse communities, particularly Deaf families. Additional experience includes positions as a Midwife at Croydon University Hospital and Professional Policy Advisor for E-learning at The Royal College of Midwives. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Implementation and Improvement Science from King’s College London and a Bachelor's degree in Direct Entry Midwifery from Kingston University, among other qualifications in counseling, medicine, and British Sign Language.
