Ayanle Shimbir has extensive experience in food service management, having held positions at ARAMARK from 2002 to 2012, where they progressed from Food Service Worker to Manager of Starbucks locations. They later served as Assistant Manager at Golden Nugget Las Vegas between 2013 and 2014, managing union employees and maintaining high customer service standards. Most recently, Ayanle was the Director of Food and Nutrition at Morrison Healthcare in 2022. Ayanle studied Hospitality at Pellissippi State Community College from 2006 to 2008.
