Director of Nutrition Systems

Crystal Scott, MS, RDN-AP, LD, CNSC, NWCC, FAND, is an Advanced Practice Registered Dietitian specializing in critical care and wound care nutrition. They currently serve as the Membership Committee Chair for the Cultures of Gender and Age (COGA) Member Interest Group and as an instructor for the Eating Disorders Counseling Program at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. Previously, Crystal held various faculty positions at California State University, Chico, and served as Clinical Nutrition Manager at Morrison Healthcare. With extensive experience in nutrition education and clinical practice, Crystal also contributes to several professional committees and has presented at the CA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Annual Conference.
