Deane is known for creativity in menu and recipe development using local and organic ingredients, as well as a commitment to food safety and ethical management practices. Educated at the Culinary Institute of America and trained in leadership at Cabrillo College, Deane has also showcased culinary talents through live television appearances and extensive demonstration cooking.
