Erin Morini, MPH, RD, LDN is an emerging public health professional and Registered Dietitian, blending over 10 years of nutrition experience with a focus on global health and food insecurity. After completing a dietetic internship in June 2022, Erin earned their MPH from Tulane University in 2021, graduating Summa Cum Laude. They recently worked as a Senior Research Dietitian at the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, where they developed and delivered diet-related interventions in the Greater New Orleans area. Currently, Erin owns Odyssey Nutrition LLC, a private practice dedicated to the prevention and management of chronic diseases.
