Ian Bowen

Ian Bowen is a Regional Vice President at Morrison Healthcare, where they focus on enhancing employee and customer experiences through teamwork and accountability. From 1996 to 2000, they served as a Culinary Specialist in the US Navy, achieving the rank of Third Class Petty Officer. They later held various leadership roles at Compass Group, including General Manager and Corporate Director of Strategic Solutions, where they managed food and wellness departments and directed strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. Ian's experience also includes being a Regional Director of Operations for Morrison, overseeing significant business in the Philadelphia market. They are currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership at Cabrini University while having completed multiple culinary programs through the Navy.
