James Puchel

James Puchel is the Sr. Director of Food & Nutrition at Morrison Healthcare UF Health North & UF Health St. John’s, where they focus on developing quality teams and enhancing the organization's brand. Previously, James served in various leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Culinary & Dining Services at Village On The Isle, and Territory Manager at Brookdale Senior Living, where they were responsible for training new Directors and implementing quality assurance initiatives. James has also held positions such as Director of Food and Beverage at Fleet Landing WELLInspired Living and Manager of Project Management at Panera Bread. They earned an Associate's Degree in Hotel - Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University.
