Jason Authier is a seasoned foodservice professional with extensive experience spanning several roles in the hospitality industry. As an Independent Consultant, Jason developed a centralized food service program for The Charles River Center, optimizing operations for 140 residents across 9 assisted living homes. Previous roles include Operations Manager at The Chanler at Cliff Walk, where Jason managed budgets, executed events, and maintained award-winning service standards, and General Manager at Buster Krab's Beach Bar, where sales and profits significantly increased under Jason's leadership.
