Joel Morgan, RDN, LDN, is the Vice President of Operations at Morrison Healthcare, where they lead enterprise-level strategies to enhance healthcare dining as a vital aspect of patient experience. With over a decade of progressive leadership within the organization, Joel has held various roles, including System Director of Food and Nutrition Services and Regional Director of Operations. They have a background in dietetics, having completed a 1200+ hour supervised practice dietetic internship at Kansas State University, from which they also earned their degree. Joel’s focus on operational excellence and culinary innovation drives improvements in care, satisfaction, and efficiency across multiple facilities.
