John Klostermeyer served as the System Director at Morrison Healthcare from 2020 to 2023, overseeing food services for 12 hospitals within the Mayo Clinic System across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Previously, from 2014 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Area General Manager at Sodexo, managing food and environmental services for the Southwest Region of the Mayo Clinic Health System. Klostermeyer has also contributed to leadership in culture change initiatives and culinary training throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from NECI and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary from The Culinary Institute of America.
