John Morris, CDM, CFPP, is a seasoned Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience in large-scale culinary operations, currently serving as the Regional Executive Chef for Morrison Healthcare. They oversee multiple hospital accounts, including the University of Tennessee Medical Center, and are dedicated to enhancing healthcare foodservice through creativity and structure. Previously, John held executive chef positions at various establishments, including the Hilton Knoxville and Sevierville Convention Center, where they demonstrated expertise in menu development, cost management, and team leadership. John also completed an apprenticeship at the Opryland Hotel Culinary Institute, earning an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. A lifelong athlete, they believe in the importance of discipline and teamwork both in the kitchen and in life.
