Karen McCabe

Karen Chiappone McCabe, MS, RDN, is currently the Clinical Nutrition Manager at Morrison Healthcare. They have previously worked as a Clinical Dietitian at several institutions, including Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and University Health System, where they specialized in areas such as oncology and critical care. They also served as an Outpatient Dietitian at Cochise Health and Wellness, offering individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy. Karen completed a Dietetic Internship Program at Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they achieved a GPA of 3.74.
