Kerry Shellito, MBA, MSML, CDM, CFPP, is the System Director of Culinary at Morrison Healthcare. They previously held roles as Senior Director of Food and Nutrition at Morrison Healthcare and Executive Chef at HCA Healthcare from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they served as Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Doctors Hospital of Sarasota in 2019-2020. Kerry is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences at West Virginia University, while holding two master's degrees from Western Governors University in Business Administration and Management & Leadership, respectively, as well as an Associate of Arts in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago.
