Michael Cannova

Michael Cannova is an accomplished Executive Chef currently working with Morrison Healthcare, where they oversee kitchen operations and ensure a safe and sanitary environment for staff. With a proven track record in team building and employee motivation, Michael has previously held positions as Executive Chef at Unidine and Gwinnett Medical Center, and as Food Service Director at Manor Lake. They launched and operated Cannova's Authentic Italian Food, significantly increasing sales and profits. Michael holds two Associate Degrees in Culinary Arts, graduating summa cum laude from both The International Culinary Institute of Atlanta and The Art Institute of Atlanta.
