Monique Walker

Monique Walker is a passionate Pastry Chef and Co-Owner of Shuga Plum LLC, where they create desserts for all occasions and provide wholesale catering. Previously, they owned Table Treasures...By Monique, catering dessert tables and offering pastry lessons from 2014 to 2018. With experience as a Pastry Sous Chef at M.Wells Steakhouse and earlier roles including Pastry Chef Assistant at Trump Soho Hotel and Sous Chef at Carlton Hotel, Monique has honed their skills in high-volume production and menu planning. They also served as an Assistant Food Service Manager and Pastry Instructor at the Association to Benefit Children, fostering a love for teaching in the culinary arts.
