Roxxi Li, MPH, RDN, LD, is a Lead Clinical Dietitian at Morrison Healthcare, a role they have held since 2017. Roxxi completed a Master of Public Health and dietetic internship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston between 2015 and 2017. Prior to their current position, Roxxi gained diverse experience through dietetic internships at several institutions, including Memorial Hermann - Texas Medical Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Katy ISD, among others. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from Texas Tech University, graduating in 2015.
