Tom Cerja has extensive experience in food and nutrition services, having served as Director of Food and Nutrition Services at ARAMARK Healthcare from July 2006 to August 2012. Following this role, Tom transitioned to Morrison Healthcare, where Tom held the position of Food Service Director from August 2012 to November 2021 before becoming System Director in October 2021, a role that continues to the present. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which was completed between 1988 and 1992.
