Lailah Yon

Lailah Yon is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Assistant Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator at UCOOK since June 2022. In this role, Lailah implements various marketing campaigns, manages project timelines and budgets, and facilitates new product launches in conjunction with different teams. As the Founder and Head of Brand at Lailah & Co., established in July 2021, Lailah leads strategic development and corporate operations while engaging with stakeholders and monitoring market trends. Previous experience includes roles as a Marketing Assistant at Sugatan.io, Delivery Team Assistant and Online Shopping Assistant at takealot.com, and a short stint in film production. Lailah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, in addition to a Certificate in Facebook Advertising.
