Cindy Steffen

Cindy joined the UCP WORK, Inc. Board of Directors in 2013. Cindy has over 30 years of financial management experience in both public and private healthcare, construction and technology companies as well as several non-profits. She has held a variety of financial executive level positions. Most recently she provides consulting/management services on finance, information technology, budget, and forecast functions as well as streamlining of processes for top-line growth.

Early in her career, Cindy held roles of increasing responsibility at KPMG LLP. Her public accounting experience focused primarily on managing mid to large cap engagements in the insurance and health care industry. Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
