Dharamesh Patel

Dharamesh Patel has been working in the field of human resources for over 15 years. Dharamesh started their career at Target, where they worked for 10 years before moving to Trisep Corporation. After 5 years at Trisep, Dharamesh was promoted to director of human resources at United Cerebral Palsy WORK Inc. In this role, they oversee all HR functions for the organization. Dharamesh is currently the director of human resources at UCP WORK, Inc., where they have been for the past two years.

Dharamesh Patel has a BS in Psychology from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies from Cuesta College.

Dharamesh Patel reports to Lori Anderson, President & CEO. They are on a team with Mahnaz Parhami - Director of Accounting, Renee DeLauer - Director of Independent & Supported Living Services, North County, and Kevin Smith - Director of Program Services.
