Emmanuel Miltgen

Emmanuel MILTGEN has extensive experience in operational management within the vacation center industry, serving as Directeur at UCPA since November 2009, overseeing centers with capacities of 340 and 250 beds. This role encompasses team management, client relations, marketing, budget cycles, cost optimization, and ensuring safety and hygiene standards. Prior to this, Emmanuel held various positions at UCPA, including Directeur adjoint and Directeur d'école de ski, managing significant teams and operations. Emmanuel's earlier career included roles in plumbing, web development, and electricity, alongside foundational work as a ski instructor. Emmanuel holds an Executive MBA from Audencia and a BTS in computer management, in addition to professional qualifications in skiing and alpinism.
