Mathilde Faisandier

Mathilde Faisandier is a professional with diverse experience in project management and youth engagement. Currently serving as Chargée de mission Service civique and Assistante chef de projet jeunesse at UCPA since September 2022, Mathilde focuses on supporting youth involvement and facilitating their social and professional inclusion. Prior experience includes roles as Assistante Manager at Malakoff Humanis, Hôtesse at Carlita Event, and Employé polyvalent at Feel Juice. Academically, Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Management Stratégique et Changement with a focus on project management from ISM-IAE (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Économie de gestion from UVSQ (2017-2021), complemented by a Baccalauréat général in Economique et Social from Lycée Marie Curie Versailles (2014-2017).
