Scott Owens

Scott Owens is a seasoned physician specializing in robotic surgery, currently serving as a Urologist and Chairman of Surgery at UPMC Harrisburg, West Dhore, and Community General Hospitals since July 2021. Additionally, Scott has been a board member and physician at UCPA since November 2005. Scott Owens earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Penn State University College of Medicine between 1983 and 1987 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Gettysburg College, obtained from 1979 to 1983.
