Deland Bentz has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries, currently serving as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at UCPM, Inc. since August 2022, where the focus is on supporting retail insurance agencies. Previous roles include Vice President at Dave Bang Associates, Inc., where strategies were implemented to enhance community-centric park and playground solutions, and Co-Founder President of Guardian NPX, which developed non-toxic treatments for head lice.
