Conor Moylan

Conor Moylan's work experience begins with their role as the Chief Investment Officer - Managing Partner of Founder and Lightning starting from May 2022. In this position, they led the strategic pivot of F+L from a software development company to a venture capital firm, managing a team of over 125 investors, engineers, product managers, and product designers.

Before that, starting from November 2019, Conor was the Chief Investment Officer of Morrow Moylan Capital, where they co-founded the company and focused on building bespoke venture capital portfolios for high-net-worth and family-office clients.

Lastly, Conor co-founded the New Directions Foundation in Myanmar in January 2016, focusing on improving academic and vocational education and developing the organization's branding and marketing strategy. This role lasted until October 2017.
