Neeraj Agarwal

Neeraj Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Neeraj is currently the Founder of Lightning and serves as the Head of India Delivery Centre. Prior to this, they worked at ucreate.it as the Manager of Operations from April 2017 to March 2019, and as the Director & Creative Head from January 2015 to March 2017. Neeraj also held the position of Director & Creative Head at NutsItLab Pvt. Ltd. from March 2011 to December 2014. Additionally, Neeraj worked as the Creative Director at Effectz from October 2005 to February 2011 and as a Sr Design Team Lead at A-1 Technology Pvt. Ltd. from 2001 to 2005.

Neeraj Agarwal has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Rohailkhund University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their 10+2 education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1984 to 1992, with a focus on Science. Neeraj also holds a certification in O Level from DOEACC.
